Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Skribra's AI content generation services for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper attribution
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Skribra's platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

Skribra provides AI-powered content generation services for SEO-optimized blog articles. Our service includes one article per day for $74.99 per month. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws
• Reviewing and editing generated content before publication

5. Content Ownership

All content generated through Skribra belongs to you. You retain full ownership and rights to use, modify, and distribute the generated content as you see fit. Skribra claims no ownership over the content created for you.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly at $74.99. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on Skribra's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. Skribra makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations

In no event shall Skribra or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Skribra's services.

9. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Skribra's platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Skribra does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current. Skribra may make changes to the materials at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
